Our company ships all products Monday – Thursday every week.


The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of live succulents losing moisture and light due to shipping. They will bounce back!

Care for your new succulent(s) by:

  • Planting in dry soil upon arrival
  • Giving it bright indirect light
  • Watering by soaking after 2 days

Your succulents(s) can be damaged if:

  • Given too much direct light too quickly
  • Watering too often

Our company ships through USPS

International shipping: We love international customers, but at this time we only ship within the U.S. due to import/export restrictions.

Cost calculations: We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
  • We charge a low, flat shipping rate for all Stunning Succulent Club Subscriptions.
  • We offer free shipping for orders over $100 with the discount code FREESHIP100.


Due to the nature of plants as a product we do not offer exchanges on orders. Once we hand over your package to the post office we have no control over what happens to it. Any damage incurred is not our responsibility.

We take great care when packaging your order and only use quality shipping materials. We are not responsible for any shipping damage, loss or shipping delay.

If you need a heat pack you are responsible for purchasing one.

We will refund if one of the following occurs:

  • If you receive the wrong plant
  • If plants have died because of an excess of moisture in the box.
  • If plants have died because of an insect or disease during shipment or within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • If plants are damaged because of an insect attack during shipment or within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photograph showing the reason for return. Do not send your refund until you have heard back from us!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@parchedgarden.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 174, Cedar Creek, TX 78612

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
